As an Imaging Services Operations Specialist you will have the opportunity to: 

Asset Management: 

  • Coordinate shipments to and from external customers (domestic and international), meeting established delivery metrics 
  • Communicate and provide updates on status of shipping requests to internal staff and external customers 
  • Manage phantom inventory 
  • Provide current and accurate tracking data to management for understanding phantom status 
  • Oversight/Accountability for calibrating incoming phantoms at University of Iowa in preparation for site use 
  • Procure new phantoms as needed from VIDA’s supplier 

Quality System Support 

  • Responsible for the DCO process for Clinical Engagement and QC Team 
  • Performs the Document Control function within the VIDA electronic document and training system for the Clinical Engagement and QC Teams
  • Maintain current and accurate work instructions for the Phantom Process
  • Provide feedback on potential process improvements 

Trial Site Management:  

  • SalesForce: Support trials by approving Site Information Forms (SIFs) and determining appropriate scanning protocols 
  • Communication with sites regarding Pending Site Action
  • Responsible for communication with sites and escalation to the QC Team regarding follow-up to site quality issues (under direction of QC Lead).  
  • Add site personnel and scanners once verified in Platform  
  • Track and document completion of site user training 
  • Offer and coordinate live training sessions with site users 

VIDA Intelligence Platform: 

  • Responsible for adding Site users and Sponsors  
  • Issue Site Certification upon completion of all required onboarding process 
  • Upload and maintain trial-specific documents, including protocols  
  • Provide Subject Follow-up recommendations based on trial-specific parameters 
  • Queue eligible cases for analysis  
  • Oversee scan ingestion and ensure scans are prepared for trial specific requirements 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Communications or related field; or equivalent      experience 
  • attention to detail 
  • Effective and proactive communication 
  • Good computer/technology skills - Microsoft office, etc.
